At first it was really hard for me to step into that room because I was so nervous and hesitant and was rethinking whether I should go in or not but as I entered and had my first conversation with the counsellor, I felt relieved and with every other session I felt even more relieved and the confidence that I was lacking earlier suddenly started to take a positive shift which was something I didn't expect from this. As the sessions passed, I could see the changes in me and my daily life, how I improved in organizing and finishing my daily routine, doing things and managing each activity which I thought were impossible for me to manage because of the clutter of everything in my brain. – IPM05

I truly don’t have enough words to express how much you have helped me introspect and understand things from a healthier and completely new perspective. It honestly amazes me that someone so young can carry such depth and wisdom you are genuinely one of the wisest people I’ve come across in my life so far. Sometimes I wonder what I would have done without your consistent support, which allowed me to gently see and feel in this way about myself, it’s “our” work towards my healing journey. I may be doing the inner work, but your guidance has been the navigation. You are wise, emotionally intelligent, empathetic, kind, and yet so beautifully logical at the same time. Looking back at everything that happened with me and to me, I now feel somewhere deep down I needed those experiences because they eventually led me to this space, and to you. So yes, this feels a little bittersweet. In the midst of difficult circumstances, I feel I’ve found not just a therapist, but someone I deeply respect and feel safe with almost like a friend, in the most professional and graceful way. I had a very positive and comfortable experience during the overall counselling sessions I had with the counsellor. The counsellor was extremely patient, understanding and created a safe space where I could openly share my thoughts without feeling judged. She listened and offered practical insights that helped me reflect on my situation more clearly.
