The 2-year Programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA) equips a student for an industry led career in the global environment. The programme imparts theoretical and practical erudition of different functional areas of Management endowing the students with an overall approach to management functions and managerial skills.

Keeping the above new-age business agenda in mind, IIMBG has developed a two-year full-time residential state-of-the-art MBA program on Digital Business Management. This program aims to build business graduates who will be experts in domain-specific tracks such as analytics, fintech, digital marketing and management consulting in digital business.

The MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management) is a two-year full-time program spread across six terms. The program consists of a total of minimum 108 credits. In the first year, students will undergo the core courses. In the second year, students can choose elective courses from two tracks of specialization i.e. “Hospital Management” and “Healthcare Management” .

An Executive MBA from IIM is a powerful way for working professionals to gain advanced management skills and leadership expertise without interrupting their careers. Tailored for individuals who are already in managerial roles or have substantial work experience, the EMBA offers a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Through this program, students can deepen their understanding of business strategy, enhance their decision-making abilities, and build a strong network of like-minded professionals.

IIM Bodh Gaya, nestled in the land of enlightenment, fosters a vibrant community of over 1,600 learners, more than 100 faculty members, and industry practitioners. In its journey spanning over a decade, the institute has built its identity around five core values, Mindfulness, Leadership, Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Lifelong Learning, which are deeply imbibed in shaping its culture and guiding every academic pursuit.

The IPM program is intended to make students to have a global perspective towards management practice. With an early induction to the programme and a rigorous and holistic curriculum, our students will demonstrate problem solving skills supported by appropriate analytical techniques and will use ethical and socially conscious judgement while analysing business situations.

The Chief Minister’s Fellowship Scheme (CMFS) is a flagship initiative of the Government of Bihar in partnership with Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM Bodh Gaya). The program is structured as a collaboration between the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar (through the Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission Society) and IIM Bodh Gaya to attract talented young professionals of Bihar.
